For over 40 years honesty and integrity has been the foundation of my real estate practice with most of my business originating as referrals from past clients. I have been helping people own homes in the greater Santa Clara County area since 1983. Prior to my affiliation with Coldwell Banker I was the President of a leading mortgage banking and brokerage firm and managed the successful closing of over 8,000 loan transactions totaling $2 billion. I have represented both buyers and sellers in over 100 real property sale transactions. I have developed and marketed custom homes in Saratoga and San Jose and have broad experience in the re-design and remodeling of existing structures.

Born in Indiana I have lived most of my life in California and have been in the greater Santa Clara County area since 1967. I am an avid pickleball player and an occasional golfer. If you see me out for a long hike on local foothill trails, at a Giants game or enjoying a local Art Wine festival feel free to stop and say hello.

As a Real Estate Broker I am licensed to represent both buyers and sellers of real property anywhere in the State of California. Both my home and office are located in Santa Clara County and as such most of my business takes place in and around that area. This often includes San Mateo, Santa Cruz and Alameda Counties.
